One bedroom in a 3 bedroom 1 bathroom house for rent, located in South Hills Fort Worth. Bedroom is beautifully furnished, with black out curtains, and walk in closet. Communal space includes: bathroom, kitchen, dining room, living room, and a fenced backyard. Full sized washer and dryer in unit. Renters must be comfortable with pets (cat and dog). At this time we can only accept stays of 30 days or more. The space This is the perfect place for everyone! Southwest Fort Worth, within 10 minutes of restaurants, hospitals, TCU, and grocery stores. Located in a quiet neighborhood, with friendly neighbors. Occasionally I host a dinner and game night for the house hold and friends. This is the perfect space for a travel nurse, or a student. This is a smoke free property. The backyard has a trampoline, two hammocks, a fire pit, and a dinning area (photos to come). Guests are welcome to use any of these amenities! During your stay I am very easy to reach via text or this app. I do my best to respond within the hour, however I do teach hour long classes throughout the day. Most evenings I am home and always available if anything should come up.
