Free parking right in front so you can arrive with peace of mind 🚗. The perfect place to disconnect and enjoy the peaks in any season 🌲⛷️ The space ​Savoyard mazot of approximately 28 m², on 2 levels, carefully renovated to combine traditional charm and modern comfort for 4 people ❄️☀️ ​Bedroom: Cozy double bed with storage 🛏️ ​Living room: sofa bed, TV 📺, fiber internet connection 🛜, and a cozy dining table ​Equipped kitchen: stove, oven/microwave, fridge, and all the essentials for cooking great local dishes 🍳🧀 ​Bathroom: Contemporary shower, vanity unit and toilet 🚿 ​Outdoors: private wooden terrace with outdoor furniture to enjoy the sun and the mountain panorama ☕⛰️ ​Linens (sheets and towels) are provided so you can travel with peace of mind 🧳 Guest access 🔑 Like at home: the mazot and its terrace are fully and exclusively reserved for you for a stay in complete privacy. 🚗 Easy parking: A free parking space is available right in front of the cabin. Other things to note ❄️ Winter equipment: from November 1st to March 31st (Mountain Law), special equipment (4 winter tires or chains/snow socks in the trunk) is mandatory to access the village and drive safely. ⛷️ Skiing & snowboarding: • Bernex and Abondance (l'Essert) about 10-15 minutes away • La Chapelle d'Abondance and the Portes du Soleil ski area are 15-20 minutes away • Châtel 25 minutes away • Cross-country skiing trails and snowshoeing circuits nearby. 🥾 Hiking & nature: departures for walks directly from the mazot, trails along the Dranse, and discovery of the surrounding alpine pastures. 🧀 Local produce: local producers and cheese cooperatives are just a few minutes away, so you can enjoy real Abondance cheese! 🚭 No smoking indoors: please smoke only on the outdoor terrace. 🐾 Stay with pets: please do not let them get on the beds or the sofa and pick up their business outside.
