The space Our rooftop apartment combines the charm of the exposed beams with a modern and refined decoration, creating a warm and soothing atmosphere. The bright living room is furnished with a soft sofa, comfortable cushions and a flat-screen TV, ideal for relaxing or enjoying a movie night. Convenient storage and a small reading corner complete this friendly space. The open-plan, fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your meals easily: oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and toaster are at your disposal. Sufficient cooking utensils and dishes allow you to cook as you would at home. The cozy bedroom is designed for your comfort with a quality double bed, soft linens, and storage for your clothes. Natural light enters through the window and creates a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. The modern bathroom is equipped with plush towels, courtesy toiletries, storage furniture and spacious mirror. The apartment has a washing machine, perfect for extended stays, and free wifi to stay connected. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor without an elevator, offering a charming view of the neighborhood, but requiring a few stairs. A quiet and convenient neighborhood: Located in a residential area of Montivilliers, you are within walking distance of shops, restaurants and historical sites. Montivilliers Abbey and several green parks are within walking distance for relaxing walks. The accommodation is easily accessible by car with parking options nearby, and public transportation makes it possible to quickly reach the haven and other attractions in the area. Guest access Guests have access to the whole apartment. You'll feel right at home with all the comforts you need for a pleasant stay. Other things to note Thank you for following these few rules (your bank card will also thank you): • No smoking, vaping, or shisha indoors – unless you dream of donating €180 to our “clean air” base. • No parties or events, we prefer calm (and so do your neighbor). A party = €225 taken without a call. • No undeclared outdoor guests – each additional person not reported = €50 (even if it's your favorite cousin). • No pets allowed (even those with soft eyes) Otherwise, your card will be charged a €30 fee. • Quiet between 10pm and 7am, because we all like to sleep. • No fire or candle unless you are a qualified firefighter (but even there, no). • We take off your shoes, it keeps the apartment clean and your socks are happy. • In case of damage, please let us know; we prefer transparency to surprises. • Upon check-out: dishes clean or trash cans emptied. Otherwise, your card will be offloaded by an express cleaning fee of €30. • 🌡️ Heating & energy consumption Please do not exceed a temperature of 21°C (71.6°F) and turn the heating off when you leave the accommodation. Excessive consumption may result in an additional charge of €30. • Any check-out after 11:00 a.m. without prior request and authorization from the Dalikyda team will be charged €15 for every 10 minutes.
