Bright, daylight basement suite in a charming red brick house on the scenic foothills of Bountiful and North Salt Lake. This spacious unit has two king beds and one full bed in separate rooms, plus a comfy couch. The bathroom features a modern standing shower, and the kitchen is fully stocked with cooking essentials. Enjoy high-speed WiFi and a private backyard with tree-lined privacy and peek-a-boo views of the Great Salt Lake. The space To reach the basement, follow the stairway on the south side of the property to the lower yard. This secluded area, hidden from the street and bordered by a tree-lined back wall, offers a tranquil, private space for summer picnics or winter snowman building. The upstairs and basement are entirely independent, with no interior connection between them. Each level is accessed separately from outside, ensuring complete privacy. Parking varies by season: from April to October, parking is available on the street. In winter (November to March), two parking spots are reserved incase heavy snow is expected to clear the road for plows. These will be provided upon prior notice from host. During winter, you can access the unit via the north stairwell by the driveway. Sledding in the local area is highly recommended, and we can suggest great areas, with notice it is possible to have a few snow sleds provided.
