If you're feeling tired of the city, come to the cottage for a peaceful escape. Sit by the lake, gaze at the calm water, and let the tranquility wash away your fatigue. For even more relaxation, enjoy the meditation cabin, a quiet space to unwind. The space Lakeside Cottage offers lake views, a spacious deck, and a private dock for fishing and boating. Inside, there is a cozy living room with an HD TV, a brand-new modern kitchen, and a comfortable dining area. The master bedroom features a standard Queen bed and an en-suite modern bathroom, while the guest bedroom has a standard Queen bed, with a bathroom located off the living room. The lakeside loft has two single beds that can be combined into a king-size bed, along with meditation cushions, making it perfect for meditation and relaxation. Other things to note House Rules & Seasonal Information Welcome to our lakeside cottage! To ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for everyone, please take a moment to review the following information. House Rules • Only registered guests are permitted on the property. • The number of guests staying at or visiting the property must not exceed the number listed on the reservation at any time. • Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. • Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. • Please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a reasonable level, especially during the evening hours. • No smoking inside the cottage. • Check-in: After 3:00 PM. • Check-out: By 10:00 AM. • Late check-out must be approved by the host in advance. Property & Backyard Information • There are two houses located on the property, and the backyard area is not fully separated. • During your stay, the backyard is intended primarily for guest use. The host will respect your privacy and will not interfere with your stay. • Neighbors and other individuals do not have access to the guest-use areas. • This is a lakeside property surrounded by nature. Mosquitoes, spiders, insects, leaves, and wildlife are more common than in urban areas. • While the property is cleaned and prepared before each guest arrives, it is impossible to completely eliminate natural outdoor conditions. • If you are particularly sensitive to insects, spider webs, or natural outdoor environments, this property may not be the best fit for you. Loft Information • The lakeside loft is accessed by a ladder. • The loft may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations, young children, elderly guests, or anyone uncomfortable using a ladder. • Please review the photos carefully and assess whether the loft is appropriate for your group before booking. Water Activities & Safety • Swimming, kayaking, dock use, and all other water activities are at guests’ own risk. • Children must be supervised by an adult at all times near the water. • Kayaks are available for guest use at no additional charge. • We provide a limited number of life jackets and water shoes; however, they are general sizes and may not fit everyone properly. • Guests are encouraged to bring their own properly fitting safety equipment if needed. • Water depth, temperature, and conditions vary throughout the season. Please use caution and exercise good judgment at all times. Fire Pit • Firewood is not provided and must be purchased by guests. • Firewood is usually available at nearby grocery stores and gas stations. • The fire pit may not be used during fire bans, high winds, or other unsafe conditions. Parking • Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles. • Please park only in designated areas and do not block roads, driveways, or neighboring properties. Seasonal Information • The pool and dock typically open around the end of June, depending on water levels, weather conditions, and seasonal temperatures. • The pool generally remains open until the end of October and will close when temperatures become too cool. • The dock may also be removed from the water and stored on shore around the end of October, depending on weather conditions. • Due to weather, water levels, safety concerns, maintenance requirements, or government regulations, the pool, dock, kayaks, fire pit, and other outdoor amenities may occasionally be unavailable without compensation.
