There are terraces, decks, gardens and a big tree. The neighborhood is very green, there is little park in front of the house, and the area is very quiet and calm. Near Downtown, Paulista, Jardins, Vila Madalena e Pinheiros. There is a subway station about 100 meters from the house, at the corner. Sumaré metro station ( is one of the most beautiful of São Paulo) at Green line (3). There is a cab stay at the corner too. There are some cafes and restaurants near the house, also a groceries market. Wi-Fi, TV cable, hair dryer. I hope you like the pictures, any question ask us! Guest access The entire house is available for the guests. Other things to note We ask for silence during the day and at night. We only rent the house for lodging, filming, photography and workshops. We do not accept parties or events that cause noise, as the neighborhood is strictly residential and quite quiet. Please close all windows and doors when you leave and when it starts to rain. Any guests and visitors other than those agreed upon must be informed, and extra charges are provided for on the website.
