Welcome to our new apartment in Tsoutsouros, Heraklion! This 90 sq.m. apartment features 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and a large balcony. Ideal for families and groups of friends, it offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. Located just a few meters from the beach and close to tavernas and cafes, it provides the perfect setting for relaxation. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning. It would be an honor to host you to our apartment. The space This is a spacious 90 sq.m. apartment, ideal for 6 people. Located just 100 meters from the sea, it features three (3) bedrooms, each accommodating up to two (2) people. Specifically, the master bedroom has a large queen-size bed with an en-suite bathroom and shower. The second bedroom consists of two (2) single beds, and the third bedroom has another double bed. All bedrooms provide bed linens and ample storage space (closets). Full-length mirrors are integrated into the closets in all bedrooms.All bed mattresses are anatomical and of top quality (COCO MAT). The second bathroom features a large shower, a laundry basket, and a washing machine with detergent and fabric softener provided free of charge. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, large refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, glasses, plates, cutlery, and some cooking utensils. It also includes an island that doubles as a dining area. In the living room, you will find a large sofa, stools, a large table, a television, and a home cinema system. The interior of the house has air conditioning for cooling and heating in all areas (living room, kitchen, bedrooms 1, 2, 3). In the exterior area of the apartment, there is a dining table and a portable barbecue (available upon request with the host) that you can use. There is also an outdoor shower and a spacious outdoor area, ideal for children. Guest access All areas within the apartment are private and accessible to guests.
