Langford Cross - Self Contained Annexe

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. The space The Annexe is a converted stable block within the grounds of our house, Langford Cross. The Annexe is a perfect mix of contemporary and traditional. Internally the building is set on one level (small step into kitchen), with high ceilings and exposed beams. The decor is clean, modern and cosy. Guests have their own private access via a courtyard, into an entrance way. From here there is a well equipped kitchen to the left and to the right the hallway opens out onto a large living space with extendable dining table, sofa, one person sofa bed and comfy settee. Within this space you will also find a TV, books and board games. There is free WiFi and suitable area's to work from. Off the main living area is a utility come dressing room with a large mirrored wardrobe on the left. There is plenty of hanging space, cubby holes, shelving and two sets of drawers. To the right is a worktop and washer dryer and the door to a modern bright shower room. Guests will be provided with towels. As you pass through the utility come dressing room you enter the well appointed double bedroom equipped with king sized bed and dressing table. Patio doors open out onto a large garden with a play house, sandpit, swings and a slide which guests are welcome to share with our family during their stay. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the bbq and outside dining area that can be utilised with prior arrangement. Guests with children are welcome to use the extensive play area in the garden. Well behaved and supervised dogs are welcome to run in the garden with prior arrangement. Other things to note Parking is provided for one large vehicle, however additional free parking is available in neighbouring roads. Motorbikes can be parked out of sight through the gate and behind the wall, adjacent to the Annexe. If guests wish to bring push-bikes that require safe storage, we can provide this also. We do have a selection of bikes we are happy to lend if guests would like to borrow them.
