This House has lots of rooms for Groups or friends traveling together or large families getting together for Long Island Carnival, Cricket or family reunions. Within 15 minutes to outlets for shopping, restaurants, attractions for kids, beaches, concert venues or trains to the city. The space The prices are for a 3 bedroom apartment with A QUEEN SIZED BED IN EACH ROOM . Some rooms are larger than others but they are generally 120 - 180 Sq ft. There are common spaces that are NOT MEANT FOR SLEEPING. Guests are not to be sleeping in the living room area. All residents are to sleep in the 3 bedrooms upstairs. The entire space is furnished and there is a cleaning fee of $200.00 for those staying a week or more. There is a two person per room per night limit. All reservations are NON-REFUNDABLE 5 days or less till your arrival. No smoking in any part of the property. No parties inside or outside of the house. Please leave the room as you met the room. Guest access If you are given a room upstairs you are not permitted to go downstairs. There is a Kitchen and bathroom on each floor. The floor where your room is located is the bathroom and Kitchen you are able to use. Guests are not allowed to use the backyard for parties or any other use. Once you are within 5 days before your arrival instructions will be sent giving you all the details you will need for your stay. Reach out to me if for any reason you have not received them. All units are reserved " as is" and we do not permit cancellations or requests for discounts upon receiving the code to enter the property. 4. The Property has TWO UNITS. EACH UNIT HAS 3 BEDROOMS WITH ONE QUEEN SIZED BED IN EACH ROOM. THERE IS ONE BATHROOM PER UNIT.
