Urban mountain cabin

A nice place to explore the beautiful Norwegian nature. The cabin is located in the woods about 400m from the parking lot. Follow a path that goes up to Hauknestinden, which is a very popular hiking destination. Here you can sit outside and enjoy the view, the Northern Lights or the silence of nature, along with the warmth from the campfire. The area around has many opportunities such as walking or cycling trips or picking berries and mushrooms. If there is anything you need, most things are only 2-3 kilometers away. The space The cabin has 2 bedrooms that provide a total of 6 beds. These 6 are with duvet and pillow. There are also 2 sofa beds that provide up to 4 beds, here you have to use sleeping bags. The kitchen has a large oven with a cooktop. Dishwashing basin for washing dishes and brushing teeth. As there is no running water, there is no shower. Recommends using disposable tableware, but if you are a little tougher, the creek on the side of the cabin can be used :) The fridge is also available with a small freezer. On the bench there is a full 20L hot water tank, and 2 pcs 10L water cans are on the floor by the fridge. In the living room you have access to a TV with Apple TV and WIFI. Here you can enjoy board games and other things. There is also a fireplace here, which is the main source of heating. The toilet is an outhouse, which is built into the storage room. There is light here, but no heat. Guest access Guests here have access to the whole property. Other things to note The phone/internet coverage is a bit poor from the parking lot and up to the cabin. Previous guests have said that the road was a bit steep, so it might be good to know. The trail can be somewhat muddy after a lot of rain.
