The third, small bedroom is best suited for 1 person. Guest access WELCOME TO BAYSIDE BREEZE! - Check-In time is 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM. - No Pets, No Smoking Please - Parking: 1-2 cars, one in front of other, in the driveway parked at the blue reflector light. - Private First floor entrance is located in the back of the house, walk down driveway path, turn left into the yard. - Guests have access to the front porch - Guests have access to the seating area in the backyard located near the back entrance where the gray/white outdoor rug is. - We kindly request guests to refrain from using the rest of the yard. - We kindly request guests NOT to use the kitchen door, should remain locked, or the front door. This is for emergency use only. - Guests have access to beach chairs and towels located in the hall closet. Other things to note Homeowners live on the second floor with two young children and small cat- two completely separate, private spaces. - Family friendly. - We do not permit parties or large gatherings. - Only the registered guests are permitted to stay, property is closely monitored by outdoor cameras. - Discount for choosing non refundable trip! - 10% Discount for stays 7 nights or longer! - 20% Discount for stays 28 nights or longer! - Firm cancellation policy, trip is refundable if canceled more than 14 days in advance. 50% refund if canceled 7 days prior. - Please see cancellation policy for full details prior to booking. - Early check in at 12:00 PM for an additional $85 available upon request, but not guaranteed depending on the booking schedule. - Late check out at 2:00 PM for an additional $85 available upon request, but not guaranteed depending on the booking schedule.
