Very comfortable house with all amenities The space It has 3 bedrooms, 1 double bed, 3 beds of 90 cm and an armchair that is made a bed in the lower part that 2 children could sleep. Full bathroom upstairs and under toilet. All bedrooms have built-in closets. There are two heat recoverers to purify the air inside the home and a dehumificafor to control the degree of humidity. Full kitchen with bar and table with chairs to eat with a skylight (the entire glass ceiling) with natural street light. In the dining room there is a pellet stove and air conditioning, on the top it also has air conditioning. No problem parking in the area. The house has wifi. Guest access In the town there are several bars and restaurants to be able to taste the gastronomy of the area. It has two butchers with very good quality in their products and on Sunday mornings they are open, there is also a prepared food house and two ovens with artisan bread. The village has the ruins a castle in the highest part, you can climb seeing the architecture of the area with its typical houses. A small lake with ducks and fountain called La Fuente Grande, at the exit from the village is the urbanization of the Bolot with a mythical fountain and a viewpoint. In the surroundings we have several villages with very attractive routes, Alborache with the route of the windmills, Yatova with its mote el Motraton, La Cueva de las Palomas and la Fuente de la Condesa.
