The space 🏡 Villa Amanecer del Lago – Two Levels First Level: • Spacious and bright living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen with elegant cypress wood finishes. • 2 bedrooms and 1 full bathroom, with a separate sink area for added convenience. • Large windows in the living room open to the garden, bringing in plenty of natural light. • Modern and functional kitchen with wooden cabinets and hot water at the sink. Second Level: • Spacious master bedroom with a King-size bed, private bathroom, and terrace to enjoy the sun. • The villa includes an intercom system for easy communication between this room and other levels. Exterior: • A rustic-style pergola invites you to relax, read, or simply enjoy nature. Amenities: • Free fiber optic WiFi (100 Mbps) throughout the villa. 👤 Additional Guests: • Please enter the correct number of guests when booking. • Any additional guest at check-in is charged US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 per night. 🐾 Pets: • One small pet per reservation is allowed. • Fee: US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 per night. • Medium or large pets are not accepted. • A photo of your pet must be sent for approval prior to arrival. • The fee is payable in cash at reception during check-in, along with the signing of a responsibility form. 👥 Visitors: • All visitors must be authorized in advance at reception and may only enter during restricted hours (please check with Reception). • Each authorized visitor must leave a personal ID or a cash deposit of US$28.00 or GTQ224.00 at reception, which will be returned upon departure. Guest access 🚤 Guest Access: At Villa Amanecer del Lago, you can enjoy complimentary kayaks available upon arrival. You can request them at Reception with our staff. Kayak use is available from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., always subject to the lake’s weather conditions at the time. The public beach is located right in front of the property, and Lake Atitlán is only 30 meters away, separated only by a small road. 📍 Just a 10-minute drive or tuk-tuk ride will take you to Panajachel, where you’ll find a wide variety of restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, handicraft shops, and colorful local markets. 🛶 If you wish, you can also hire a private boat right in front of the house to explore the lake and visit its charming villages. 🤝 Upon your arrival, our reception staff will be happy to recommend activities and special places to visit. Other things to note ℹ️ Important Information: • Rates vary depending on the number of guests. Please enter the exact number of guests when booking. • Children over 2 years old count as additional guests and are charged as adults. 🏞️ Location: Villa Amanecer del Lago is located in front of Lake Atitlán and a public beach, separated only by a small road. On certain days of the week and during holidays, music or some noise from the beach may be heard. 🐾 Pets: • One small pet per reservation is allowed. • Fee: US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 per night. • Medium or large pets are not accepted. • A photo of your pet must be sent for host approval prior to arrival. • Once approved, the fee is payable in cash at reception during check-in, and a responsibility form must be signed. 🧹 Cleaning & Hygiene: • All areas of the house are carefully sanitized after each stay for the safety of our guests and staff. 🔒 Security: • The property is equipped with security cameras in all common areas (parking, gardens, entrances, etc.). 🕒 CHECK-IN The regular check-in time is from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A special check-in is available from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight), with an additional fee of US$25.00 or GTQ200.00 for arrivals after 9:00 PM.
