Come and enjoy our restored barn with family or friends, unique for its interior design, its location in a peaceful area, close to all the sights and amenities, its vast green spaces, its wildlife (swans, ducks, frogs) enriched by a magnificent pond that you can admire (confidential place reserved for our guests). Breathtaking view! This place is made for sharing happy moments. The space We offer a very large air-conditioned living room with a beautiful open kitchen (Falcon brand cooking piano), a foosball area, a living-dining room area for a moment of conviviality. On the ground floor, a very large air-conditioned bedroom (master suite with private bathroom) with a queen size bed overlooking a pasture will allow you to wake up in a peaceful and wild place. No pets allowed. Upstairs, a comfortable air-conditioned dormitory with private bathroom and toilet offers 4 beds (4 beds 90*200) or 3 beds (1 bed 180*200 and 2 beds 90*200). No pets allowed. A large, private, fenced inner courtyard allows children to have fun safely, pets to stretch their legs (under the supervision of their owners) and cars to park (except in periods of heavy rainfall) Guest access The master suite (1 queen size bed + 1 single bed) is always open. The dormitory is available according to the number of guests. If you need 2 separate rooms for 2 guests, please request it. Other things to note For maintenance and operational purposes, the inner courtyard may be crossed by a vehicle during the stay. The inner courtyard is frequented only by maintenance staff and persons authorized by Ludiwine. A washing machine is available on-site; its use is not included in the rental. The use of the video projector shown in the photographs is not included in the rental.
