Home in Mason

Lovely 4 bedroom modern home with two story high living and dining area. Owner is on first floor, Guest bedrooms are on the second floor with private full bathroom. All kitchenware is yours to use as well as all other common areas of the home including the back deck. I ONLY RENT ONE BEDROOM AT A TIME unless prior arrangements are agreed to. I have one small dog who is extremely friendly and has never shown any signs of aggression, He is in the photo and is a Cavashan mixed breed. The space Guests may use the entire home excluding the master bedroom and garage. The back patio is an excellent space to relax and unwind at the end of a long day day or also a great place to sit and have a coffee and plan your your adventure. Guest access The entire home and patio and yard are yours to use and enjoy. Only my bedroom and the garage are not shared areas. During your stay I am always available for any questions about the area or any questions regarding my home. Other things to note No children under 18 permitted. Must have two positive reviews of 4 stars or more. No smoking inside the house please.
