The space Fullerton House is a fully equipped contemporary spacious home located in Thornaby and perfectly suited for all of the North East. This place boasts a fully equipped kitchen for self-catering stays with all appliances including fridge/freezer, stove, washing machine etc. You’ll also have everything you could need to prepare delicious home-cooked meals. Sharing this space is the dining area with a table & chairs for 5 to enjoy your meals. The living space includes a comfy sofa & accent chairs and a flat-screen smart TV. You can log in to your favourite streaming apps and enjoy your favourite shows. The perfect place to unwind during your stay and to keep up with your favourite shows or spend quality time with your party. With patio doors leading out to the garden area. The main bathroom suite is complete with a bath, a wash basin and a WC. Fullerton House sleeps 5 people comfortably across 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is home to 1 double bed, one two twin singles and the other a roomy single bed. All with plush bedding and room-darkening shades for a good night's sleep. All bedrooms have storage space for your belongings. This place boasts free WiFi throughout & free off-street parking on a private driveway. As your stay is self-catered, we provide a small welcome box which includes the basics to get you started. We also supply toilet rolls. Supplies for the rest of your stay can be bought from shops nearby. The location is perfect for those spending short or extended periods anywhere in the Teesside area with transport links such as the A174, A19 & A66 within easy access making the property hugely accessible for all major employers, tourist attractions, proximity to Teesside & Newcastle airport and the North Easts luxury wedding venues. Our place is in a great location for access to nearby places such as Ingleby Barwick, Maltby, Stainton, Middlesbrough & Yarm. Perfect for visiting shops, bars & restaurants. Middlesbrough Football Club is around a 15-minute journey from the house. Located around 10 minutes away from Stockton town centre and train station and is also located within a 5-minute walk of Thornaby town centre & train station. If your party is larger than the property accommodates, we do have several properties in the area in which we can accommodate all of your party. Both short & long stays are welcome and we can often extend your stay should it be required. We will always endeavour to accommodate any requests as far as possible. Guest access The entire home.
