The space INDOORS: Upon entering this home, you will be greeted by a warm dining room, with a raised KITCHEN, nicely delineated by a tiled floor. The dining area, set on waxed concrete, includes a DINING TABLE FOR 4 PEOPLE, a buffet, a dresser and a SINGLE BED FOR CHILDREN (10-16 years old) accessible by a ladder. Stone walls and exposed beams add a touch of rustic charm. Then go down two steps to access the most spacious room in the house: a sumptuous bedroom with a raised corner delimiting an open bathroom. The BATHROOM includes a BATHTUB, vanity unit, mirror and towel dryer. The bedroom is equipped with a QUEEN-SIZE BED with a headboard adorned with panoramic wallpaper, a dressing room with mirror, a designer armchair, a desk area, and two large windows that bathe the room in NATURAL LIGHT and offer a BREATHTAKING VIEW of the surrounding vineyards and forests. Separate toilets, located opposite the bathroom, add to the practicality of this space. OUTDOORS: A small private GARDEN is available for guests to use. It is decorated with a few fruit trees, a vegetable garden, a table with four chairs, a swing, and a centenary linden tree in the center. This bucolic setting offers a SPECTACULAR VIEW of the vineyards of the Mâconnaise coast. Although not fenced, the garden offers a PANORAMIC VIEW where you can clearly see the Château de Pierreclos and the Château d'Essertaux, adding a magical touch to this space. Also enjoy a BIKE RACK to safely attach two bikes. There's also enough room to house a motorcycle. This annex combines rustic charm and tranquility, offering an idyllic living environment for lovers of nature and wine-growing landscapes.
