Villa Elena is situated on the waterfront in the Verandah Estates, Antigua (adjacent to the Verandah Resort and Spa) our four bedroom beach home is approximately 4,500 sq. ft, furnished beautifully, with breath-taking views of the Island and the Caribbean waters. Easy access to the beach in front of the house and only a few minutes walk to Long Bay, one of the most beautiful beaches in Antigua. Sleeps 8 to 11 comfortably. The space This recently built home is on two floors, with each floor containing 2 bedrooms (all four bedrooms have en-suite bath) , powder room, spacious and comfortably furnished living room, and dining room with seating for 8 (indoors). 3 of the bedrooms have king size beds, and the fourth bedroom has two queen-size beds. There is an additional single daybed in the downstairs master bedroom. The house was completed in 2017 and features beautiful gourmet kitchens on both levels with top-quality stainless steel appliances, corian countertops and custom cabinets. Amenities include a large sundeck off the upper kitchen and living room, television (cable and streaming) wifi, sonos speakers, washer/dryer, air conditioning, tropical garden, detached garage, gas barbecue, and a gorgeous infinity pool. The covered patio adjacent to the pool has outdoor dining seating 10 persons and a refreshing outdoor shower. The two levels of the house are connected only by an external staircase providing great privacy if there are two families sharing. There are stairs on both levels. The pool is not fenced and is easily accessible from the patio so the house would not be suitable for infants and toddlers. Each level has a full kitchen, living room and dining room. Laundry and BBQ are on the upper level. Guest access Twice weekly housekeeping service, garden maintenance and pool maintenance included. Guests can access the spa and restaurants at the neighboring Verandah Resort (prices available from reception staff). Other things to note We are non-smokers and smoking is not permitted on the property. No pets please.
