Seaside accommodation in Smygehamn

Relax in this newly renovated cottage, a few minutes' walk from the sea. It's decorated to give you that calm we all need sometimes. Soak up the charm of peaceful Smygehamn. The village is located in the far south of Sweden, right by the sea. The space This is a 40-square-meter cottage with its own terrace. It takes a maximum of 5 minutes to walk down to the sea. A long bathing jetty is a 10-minute walk away. In the house, there is a large living room with two sofas (they may have some stains, but they are clean), a sleeping area with a bed for two people (140 cm) and a kitchen with room for at least four guests. Bed linens are included, of course. It is a simple standard with a water heater in the bathroom, but the bathroom is completely newly renovated and fresh. Towels are included. In the kitchen, there is only cold water, but there is a fridge, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, tea maker and the possibility to cook on portable hotplates. The cottage is from the 1970s, so it has its flaws, but it has the essentials. On the private wooden deck outside, you can sit and relax on the wicker sofa or on wooden chairs. Guest access Guests have their own entrance to the garden where the cottage is located with its own patio. You can sit on your own wooden deck, and there is a clothesline for hanging up swimwear and other items. I have my house 25 meters from the cottage, but the garden is relatively large and you take care of yourselves. Other things to note There is a bus stop 300 meters away. The stop is called Ängavägen. Free parking for cars is available on Gastvägen, 100 meters away from the cottage in the newly built residential area behind the cottage.
