We welcome you to our family home where you will stay in an apartment accessible by a staircase, it is located on the 1st floor of the outbuilding. It includes two bedrooms and a mezzanine: a bedroom with a 160 cm bed and large closet, a bedroom with three single beds, a bed on the mezzanine, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a dining room with a kitchen equipped to prepare your meals to be enjoyed indoors or outdoors. The space Welcome to Les Loges de Bacchus, a family estate where conviviality, relaxation, and sharing are at the heart of the experience. Our charming adobe house, steeped in history, is nestled in a wooded park conducive to rest and moments with family or friends. The property consists of our family house and an independent house with three apartments dedicated to guests. Everyone enjoys the common areas: park, swimming pool, private parking, and an EV charging station, in an atmosphere that is both warm and respectful of everyone's privacy. To enhance your stay, we offer a private spa area (for up to 4 people), breakfasts, appetizer platters, and a selection of local wines, beers, champagnes, and fruit juices for an additional fee. Other things to note Number of guests – Important rule The price of our accommodation is calculated according to the exact number of guests present during the stay. When making your reservation, it is therefore imperative to declare all the people who will be staying on the premises, including children and visitors who are expected to stay overnight. Any additional person not declared at the time of booking may result in: * an additional charge of €40 per person per night * or, depending on the remaining capacity of the property and the number of guests already present on the property, a refusal of access to undeclared persons. For reasons of safety, insurance and compliance with the permitted capacity, exceeding the number of guests booked will not be accepted without prior agreement.
