The House of Agapanthe near Montluçon

The Maison d'Agapanthe was born from the transformation of a family farm, located in the Bourbonnais on the outskirts of the village of Doyet in a rural setting. The perimeter of the house has been arranged in a small garden offering a bucolic and zen setting. The interior has been completely refurbished in a cottage style. The decor reflects my passion for sports, street art and travel. The space On the ground floor, you enter directly into a living room that was the old barn now composed of a dining room, a living room overlooked by a mezzanine. The kitchen, adjoining the dining room, is fully equipped. It has a dining area. Adjacent to the kitchen, a bathroom area with washing machine, shower room and separate toilet. From the living room, you can access the mezzanine via a staircase, which includes a TV lounge. Then you access the sleeping area, consisting of two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as a second toilet. Guest access The house is located at the exit of the village of Doyet in a quiet path. In the village, you will find basic shops (bakery, grocery store, pharmacy, bar-tobacconist, etc.). There is also, if needed, a medical and veterinary office. You are 5 min by car from Commentry, 15 min from Montluçon, 15 min from Néris-les-Bains, and 15 min from Montmarault. Other things to note The house is not equipped with internet.
