Our property Natabäl Jay' (place of memories) has three villas: Atitlán, Palopó and Tolimán, exclusively designed, and each with a maximum capacity of 6 people. Located in Santa Catarina Palopó, just 15 minutes from downtown Panajachel. Villa Tolimán invites you to immerse yourself in the tranquility and serenity of Lake Atitlán. From your private terrace, you can marvel at the panoramic views of the volcanoes and the lake, creating a family and relaxing atmosphere. The space Located on the shores of the majestic lake, our newly built villas offer a unique experience with 180-degree panoramic views from every corner. The exclusive and meticulously planned design of this place ensures maximum comfort and luxury during your stay. Every item, from high-thread-count sheets to pillows, towels, and personal care products, has been carefully selected to ensure an exceptional and comforting experience for our guests. The living room, equipped with sofas, a fireplace, and a TV, blends harmoniously with the dining room, which includes mirrors, lamps, and an elegant marble table. A bar separates the rooms, offering additional space to work or enjoy as a bar, along with a pantry that provides greater comfort during your stay. The fully-equipped kitchen includes everything you need to cook and ensure a pleasant stay. In addition, it has drinking water through a filter, ensuring that you always have fresh and pure water. We have two bedrooms, each with a full private bathroom. The master bedroom has a king-size bed overlooking the lake, while the second bedroom has two double beds, both with stunning lake views. The spacious deck has a perfectly located Jacuzzi with stunning views, a comfortable outdoor lounge and dining area, as well as two sun loungers (six pool towels are provided for the Jacuzzi). This place is ideal for watching sunrises with a cup of coffee or enjoying sunsets with a good wine. In addition, the property has lighted walkways, a garden, an artisanal pier and a jetty for water activities on the lake, an ideal viewpoint to enjoy spectacular views or to meditate and practice yoga. Paddle boards are also provided. Please note that life jackets are not provided, so guests should bring their own. Important note: The name and personal identification number (DPI or passport) will be requested from all persons included in the reservation. Guest access The property has lighted walkways that guide guests from the parking lot to the villas, providing a warm and safe welcome. It is important to note that the walkways to the villas, social areas, viewpoints, and the pier have an irregular topography, that is, they have unevenness and irregular surfaces, which can make your journey somewhat challenging. However, this can also add a fun touch of adventure to the experience. Therefore, it is recommended to always walk through them with caution. In addition, the property is not suitable for carriages or wheelchairs. Please note that it is common to find insects and forest animals in our location. Despite our hard daily effort to keep the property free of these insects, they are a natural part of life here, no matter where you decide to stay in the area. Other things to note We appreciate tips for our staff, which can be placed in the envelope provided for this purpose and deposited in the box located in each villa.
