The sleeping arrangements include a double bed with a pull out(small double) sofa bed in the lounge area.This is suitable for either three adults or 2 adults and 2 children.Everything that you need for a wonderful stay in mid Wales. Guest access Guests have their own parking area with a private enclosed patio area looking out onto the stunning fields and countryside. Other things to note We have a friendly dog and house cat who have access to a separately enclosed garden area. There is a log burner in the property but we do not supply logs.
