Fyresdal, Straume outhouse, Village accommodation
Description
Welcome to Straume outhouse - an authentic piece of history from the 1890s that has now been transformed into a charming overnight stay by the river bank. This charming outhouse has a rich history, originally owned by a mail driver who daily crossed the landscape with mail on horse and cart to Bandaksli. Now this historic place has been transformed into a cozy overnight stay for an entire family, so you can experience the charm of village life up close. Other things to note When you enter the hallway, the bathroom will be on the right. If you go up the stairs you will get to the living room, the dining area and the kitchenette. These are together in one room. The room inside is the bedroom, where you will find two double beds in one large and airy room. There is no running water on the 2nd floor, but a water jug to fetch water from the bathroom on the 1st floor.
