Its breath-taking location on the edge of Dulverton means you don't have to choose between coast or country. A day strolling across Exmoor and an afternoon at the seaside are both easily achievable from Duxhams. Alternatively just kick back in the house's expansive grounds and relax, whatever suits your mood. The space Attention has been given to every element at Duxhams during the renovation and we encourage you to use it as if it's your own. There are lots of airy spaces and cosy nooks for everyone in your party to find their favourite spot. Duxhams has a well-appointed kitchen, complete with Aga and has all the necessities you'll need for preparing a feast for family and friends. The spacious open-plan dining area is the perfect place for everyone to eat together and afterwards you can retire to the lounge with a glass of wine in front of the roaring log fire. On the 2 upper floors, you'll find 8 en-suite bedrooms, most with views down across the valley. 2 rooms can be made up with either a Super King bed or twin beds, 4 King Size rooms & 1 double room, while the 8th room has a double and 3 single beds. Tucked in the eaves and featuring exposed beams, its the perfect hideaway for midnight feasts. 2 double bedrooms are available in our fully self-contained annexe, perfect for those appreciating their own space.
