(ADA) King Freshman Room

Our King Freshman rooms come with a single king and standard accommodations. Standard accommodations include a walk-in shower, hair dryer, Keurig coffee maker, mini fridge, microwave, iron/board, safe, closet, dresser, desk, and Apple TV. *This room is a handicap-accessible room. The space Located in the heart of downtown Columbia, Illinois, just minutes away from St. Louis, is the newly built Principal Hotel. The property was originally a private school known as the Immaculate Conception School. The institution relocated in 2018 and has now become an ambitious project for hospitality, entertainment, and food.
