Please note that the outdoor areas and facilities are shared with the other guests at the complex: the communal swimming pool, which is open all year round (heated in winter), the beautiful tree-lined areas, the gardens, the restaurant, the laundry facilities and the car park. The private complex where the house is located offers excellent facilities, including a communal pool, a landscaped area for relaxation, and a communal laundry service. You will also have an exclusive parking space at your disposal. You can enjoy the communal swimming pool all year round: in summer it is an outdoor pool available free of charge, and in winter the same pool is heated (service available at an extra charge). In addition, the complex features extensive garden areas, a restaurant, a free communal laundry facility and a parking space included in the booking. Residency rules and pets: Pet policy: One pet per accommodation is allowed, always upon prior request and with a surcharge for the entire stay.
