The space The property is in a rural setting, based in the quaint village of Middleton Tyas - with local village amenities; shop (with post office) and 2 well established country pubs, both serving high quality food - The Shoulder of Mutton is within walking distance and the Black Bull at Moulton is only 1.5 miles away (walking not recommended). You will also be within walking distance of the fabulous “Coach House” Restaurant and the Michelin Green Star “Forge” Restaurant, both set in the beautiful grounds of Middleton Lodge Estate. Guest access Your room is on the first floor and is accessed via 13 steps with a single banister and so may be unsuitable for those who struggle with stairs. Guests have access to coffee and tea in your room and a complementary breakfast (cereals and toast) is available by advanced request. Guests have access to the private courtyard car park to the rear, and will be able to enjoy the garden and patio to the front of the property.
