Located in Laguna de la Cocha, 30 minutes from Pasto, in Department of Nariño, southwest Colombia. The cottage consists of 3 bedrooms, dining room with fireplace, fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, privade parking and a large area outside. A short distance from the Laguna de la Cocha, close to typical restaurants, fishing, waterfall and hiking. The space 80% of the cabin is in wood. With fully functional fireplace. It is located in the rural area, which offers a space of intimacy and a local atmosphere. Its location allows hikes to the waterfall and the lagoon. It is ideal for large and small families. Guest access The whole cabin can be rented! Guests can use all the interior spaces (living room, kitchen, rooms) and outdoor terrain which is extensive. Other things to note PETS: Allowed. Our Cabin is pet friendly. Dogs are welcome on a space available basis, and only with pre-approval. There is a fee of $10/dog/day. Maximum is 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on leash when outdoors and may not be left unattended in the room. Please keep your pets off the beds and furniture. Pet damage will result in a $100 cleaning fee being charged to your payment method on file. SMOKING: The Cabin is NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms or anywhere inside of the property. Evidence of smoking will result in a $250 cleaning fee being charged to your payment method on file. DAMAGE: we are not responsible for any loss, accidents or injury to guests. The guests assumes responsibility for any damages to the property in the amount determined by owners for replacement, repair or cleaning.
