The cabin consists of 3 bedrooms, a dining room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a barbecue, a parking lot and a large area outside the cabin. Walking distance to Laguna de la Cocha, close to typical restaurants and waterfall. The space 80% of the cabin is made of wood. With a fully functional fireplace. It is located in a rural area, which provides a space of privacy and a local atmosphere. Its location allows walks to the waterfall and the lagoon. It's ideal for large and small families. Guest access The entire cabin is rented! Guests can use all indoor spaces (living room, kitchen, bedrooms) and the extensive outdoor grounds. Other things to note Pets: allowed. Our cabin is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome on an available basis of the space, and only with prior approval. There is a fee of $10/dog/day. Maximum 2 dogs. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outdoors and cannot be left unattended in the room. Please keep your pets off the beds and furniture. Pet damage will result in an extra fee. Smoking: The cabin is a non-smoking property. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms or anywhere on the property. Damage from smoking inside the cabin will result in a $250 cleaning fee that is charged to your payment method on file. Damage: We are not liable for any loss, accident or injury to guests. Guests assume responsibility for any damage to the property in the amount determined by the owners for replacement, repair or cleaning.
