This apartment is spacious, modern, warm and cozy. Beautiful views of the sea and Trondheimsfjorden. The apartment is located in an area that is perceived as quiet and peaceful. Here you can enjoy a cup of coffee and feel both the morning and evening sun on the large patio and the cozy roof terrace! Good location with transport options nearby. I have an extra guest bed (camp bed 90*200) that can be put up if needed. Just let me know in advance and I'll take care of it. The space The property has a large patio and parking space for two cars right at the entrance door to the apartment. Guest access The courtyard and outdoor area of the apartment are only available to guests. This also applies to the roof terrace. Please note that it is not allowed to cross the fence on the roof terrace and over to the roof. Other things to note If you want to travel by public transport, you can check bus times via ATB's app or website. The nearest bus stop to the apartment is called Kjønstadmarka Øvre. If you take shortcuts, the walk is about 5-10 minutes away. The train station is located in the city center, about 3.5 kilometers from the apartment. Here is also the taxi center right next to the station.
