The space The cottage sits in the 2 acre grounds of our home, Dairy Farm. it is entirely self contained and secluded, with ample parking and level access throughout. Just 4 miles from the centre of Norwich, close to UEA and the hospital, its surrounded by fields and a network of footpaths, with the coast and Broads accessible by car. the cottage has an airy spacious lounge with comfy seating and a large dining area with table and four chairs. french doors open onto a sheltered south facing patio with table, chairs and parasol. there is a well stocked library of books including maps and guides for the local and wider area. also some novels, cookery books and games in case it rains! The bedroom has a very comfortable king size bed, chest of drawers and dressing table. there's ample hanging space in the hallway. The bathroom has an electric shower over the bath. Fluffy towels, soap and shower gel are provided. The compact kitchen has an electric cooker, under counter fridge, microwave, washing machine and a small breakfast bar. a good range of cooking essentials are supplied and you will find a welcome pack of milk, tea, coffee and biscuits. Guest access There's plenty of parking if you have guests for dinner, and we can provide keys for secure bicycle storage in our barn. Other things to note as your hosts we live in Dairy Farmhouse next door, and are almost always on hand to answer questions or help out with bits and pieces you may have forgotten. we look forward to welcoming you to Dairy Farm Cottage - Sara and Graham
