The space —Neighborhood— We are tucked into a quiet and beautiful, walkable residential Murray neighborhood with an incredible view of the mountains. Under a mile (0.7 miles) from coffee, restaurants, parks, groceries, shopping, and I-215 freeway access. A short 10 minute drive to Big and Little Cottonwood Canyons for the best ski resorts in Utah, 15 minutes to lively downtown Salt Lake City, 20 minutes from the airport, and 30 minutes to Park City Main Street. A perfect central location for your Utah visit! —Kitchen— We have a brand new and fully stocked, spacious chef’s kitchen including: •Coffee bar/dry bar with drip coffee maker and coffee grounds, tea, sweeteners, and creamers. Wine glasses, copper mugs, and wine rack included for your luxury! •French Door refrigerator with water and ice dispenser •Oven with 4-burner gas stovetop •Microwave •Sink and disposal •Dishwasher •Dining table and kitchen island bar seating for 12 •Any kind of cookware or dishware you will need! Other kitchen necessities include a high chair and eating essentials for children. —Bedrooms— •Main Bedroom (upstairs) - King bed, private attached bathroom with tiled shower and single sink vanity, closet with hangers, ceiling fan •Second Bedroom (upstairs) - Queen bed, closet with hangers, ceiling fan •Third Bedroom (upstairs) - Queen bed, closet with hangers, ceiling fan •Fourth Bedroom (downstairs) - King bed, private gas fireplace, dresser •Fifth Bedroom (downstairs) - Queen bed, clothes rack with hangers •Pack n play available at all times Fresh sheets and plenty of soft pillows and duvets will be available! —Living Rooms— •Upstairs Living Room - spacious sectional, skylights and mountain views, 55 inch smart TV with access to streaming apps, sound system, kids toys and books, and board games for the family! •Downstairs Living Room - modular sectional, 55 inch smart TV with access to streaming apps. High-speed WiFi throughout whole home! —Gym— Private in-house gym for your convenience and luxury! Includes resistance bands, stationary bike, and rubber flooring. Easy and convenient way to still get your work-out on vacation! —Bathrooms— •Main bedroom (upstairs) has its own private, attached bathroom with tiled shower and rain shower head and single sink vanity. •Second bathroom (upstairs) has a shower and tub combo with large shower head and dual sink vanity. •Third bathroom (downstairs) has a walk-in shower and single sink vanity. Plenty of fluffy and soft towels are available! —Patios and Backyard— • Private deck patio for relaxing and enjoying the outdoors of Salt Lake, equipped with large umbrella, padded lounger chairs, propane BBQ grill, and kids’ slide to the backyard lawn. •Second covered patio with padded sectional and chair, table, and above ceiling fan. •Grassy backyard for the kids to play! —Laundry— Washer and dryer available at all times with all laundry necessities. —Additional— As we live in a quiet, residential neighborhood, we have quiet hours from 10:00pm - 8:00am to be respectful of our neighbors. We have a zero tolerance policy for parties and you will be asked to vacate the premises immediately without refund. We do not allow pets, and we do not allow smoking or vaping. We have security cameras on the outside of the home for safety and security. As this is our personal home that we love and treasure, the quality and cleanliness is absolute top priority, as we do all we can to ensure guests have the best and most relaxing stays.
