The Cabin at April Cottage

The Cabin at April Cottage provides a peaceful get away set in the grounds of our smallholding. With easy access to The Eden Project and A30 it is a great base for exploring Cornwall. Luxulyan has a wonderful local pub and village shop in walking distance. Surrounded by fields and nature The Cabin provides spacious living and kitchen area, double bedroom with en-suite shower room and outdoor space with seating and bbq. The space The living room has comfy armchairs to read a book or watch TV. The kitchen has a small fridge freezer, single oven and electric hob, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. There is a small breakfast bar to sit and enjoy your morning tea or coffee if the sun has not yet made an appearance! The bedroom has a double bed, dressing table, mirror and clothes hooks. A pull out drawer is under the bed for more storage space if needed. There is an en-suite shower room with heated towel rail, WC, basin with storage cupboard and an electric shower. The Cabin has a large veranda with table and chairs, storage for the cushions, welly boot stand and hooks for wet coats! The garden is a mix of stone chipping, grass, granite boulders and flowers. There is a BBQ and picnic bench for alfresco dinning. The Cabin is a no smoking/ vaping property. Guest access The Cabin has a dedicated parking space opposite the entrance to April Cottage and is accessed through a private gateway from the lane. The garden is fenced with views through the trees of the open fields and glimpses of the goats which nibble the hedges! We do not accept dogs as we have free range chickens and other animals in nearby fields.
