The space The house opens with a hallway that leads to a spacious living room, dining room and kitchen, all with a modern and attractive design. Relax on the comfortable sofa bed or in its designer armchair, while enjoying a movie on the smart TV, or enjoying a meal with friends and family at its huge table for 8 diners. This floor also has a toilet. On the lower floor, you will find a full bathroom and three exterior bedrooms: one with a 1.50m bed, another with a 1.35m bed and an 80cm single bed. All of them have the capacity to store your clothes. The attic is a versatile space with a 1.50m bed, a work table, a complete bookcase and a chest full of games for children. In addition, it has a sofa from which you can watch TV, a DVD movie (with a wide collection of movies at your disposal) or the stereo (cassette, CD or radio). Guest access At the entrance to the development you have a large children's play area, playground and sandpit. Plus a ping-pong table. The house has a parking space within the development, but if you come with more than one car, to the right of the playground there are five parking spaces less than 20 meters from the house and with very easy access, so it is more convenient to park here than in the square itself. In the house you can find bedding, towels, shampoo, gel, hand soap, toilet paper, as well as kitchen and cleaning utensils.
