In total, a couple can be accommodated in the firm orthopedic bed, and one person on the extra SINGLE mattress on the floor in the living room. The inclusion of the 4th person will imply an additional R$120.00 per day during the rental period. *Air conditioning in the room. Fan in the living room. Extra electricity fee of R$25.00 per day. Paid at check-in. *Old residential building, familiar with many elderly people (Copacabana and a neighborhood of elderly people). *Modern elevators. *Shops, transportation, subway, all nearby. On the block of the sea. Market in front. 🚫Very noisy, disorderly groups with a habit of alcohol abuse are NOT welcome. 🚫Any kind of use of narcotic substances in the apartment and/or building is NOT tolerated. Groups using narcotic substances are NOT welcome. 🚫Complaints for conduct that disrespects these rules of conduct, as well as damage to the property, will be charged to guests who violate the rules of conduct.
