The space Our villa faces north and west, so it does not receive direct sunlight in the morning. This allows for a comfortable and restful sleep until late. You can enjoy your breakfast in the traditional courtyard. Our villa is spacious and comfortable duplex apartment. You will have the villa all to yourself during your stay. The villa includes: • 2 bedrooms • 1 living room • 1 kitchen • 1 bathroom • 1 courtyard 1st Bedroom: Located on the first floor of the villa, this room features a double bed, two wooden nightstands, a single armchair, a wardrobe, and an air conditioner. Every detail has been carefully designed for a comfortable stay for two guests. The room is airy and offers views of the city walls, street, and park. Seasonal blankets and bedspreads are provided, and our sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are washed and replaced with fresh ones after each guest. 2nd Bedroom (Adjustable based on the number of guests): Also located on the first floor, this room contains a double bed, a single armchair, a long coat rack, and an air conditioner. It is designed to comfortably accommodate two people. The room is airy and has views of the city walls, street, and park. Seasonal blankets and bedspreads are provided, and our sheets, duvet covers, and pillowcases are washed and replaced after each guest. Living Room: Located on the ground floor, this room includes two sofa beds, a coffee table, a large table, a TV with a unit, an air conditioner, and a coat rack. There are a variety of board games available for group play. The living room can accommodate two to four people. We prepare the sleeping arrangements based on the number of guests before your arrival. The room overlooks the courtyard. Kitchen: The kitchen is on the ground floor and includes a refrigerator, a stovetop, a kettle, a Turkish coffee machine, a toaster, a TV, a combi boiler, a dining table with chairs, and all the necessary kitchenware such as pots, pans, plates, cutlery, and glasses. We also provide complimentary water, tea, and coffee based on the number of guests. Bathroom: The bathroom is equipped with a washing machine, a shower cubicle, and hot water available 24/7. We provide fresh bath towels and body towels. Shampoo is available, and we leave laundry detergent for your clothing. There is an iron, an ironing board, and a clothes drying rack available. Extra pillows can be found in the bathroom cabinet. Courtyard: Our charming and spacious courtyard connects the house to the street. It includes a wooden bench, a cast-iron table, and chairs. You can enjoy long, pleasant conversations with friends, have a meal, or drink something. The courtyard is private and not visible to other homes, ensuring your privacy. Extra information: Our villa is an official business and has a Tourism Certificate from the Ministry. An additional charge of $25 per day applies for extra guests. This is why the pricing changes based on the number of people. Guests aged 0-6 are free of charge. For groups of more than 6 guests, extra floor mattresses are available upon request. WiFi is available at our property. Our place is regularly treated for pest control. In accordance with fire safety regulations, our villa is equipped with smoke detectors and fire extinguishers on every floor. We kindly request that you do NOT SMOKE indoors. !!! If you use the BARBECUE in the courtyard, it is very important to keep all windows closed for reasons of hygiene, odor, and cleanliness. !!! !!! Please SMOKE only in the courtyard !!!
