For lovers of old stones and places full of history, this former 12th century Priory is for you! Accommodating up to 15 guests, this 500 square meter home is a great place to share. With 8 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, 3 living rooms and 2 dining rooms: everyone finds their place within this exceptional building. In the park you will find: a heated swimming pool (open May to September), a large terrace and a pétanque court. The space A large private parking lot (up to 8 cars), a large inner courtyard: this is what you will find when you arrive at the Priory. On the ground floor, you will have a large dining room that can accommodate all the guests of the accommodation. A fully equipped through kitchen: dishes, small appliances, 2 ovens, a dishwasher, a large double fridge with freezer and ice maker. You will also find a warm living room ideal for everyone to meet, a small dining room with 6 seats and a bathroom. There are also 3 double bedrooms on the same level, all with en-suite bathrooms. On the first floor, there is another double bedroom, with en-suite bathroom as well as a large games room with billiards, TV area and board games. On the top floor is the last living room, a large space with a library and a movie corner. Two separate bedrooms with a shared bathroom on the landing, as well as a toilet. Finally, the 2 large bedrooms of the house with king size beds, views of the park and adjoining bathrooms. The 8000 m2 wooded garden hosts the swimming pool (open and heated from May to September), the shaded terrace with a large table that can accommodate all guests, a gas barbecue and a pétanque court. **************************************************** Note: • The owners live in the house next door. It is agreed that they will take care of the opening and closing of the pool every day, as well as the maintenance of the water. When the pool is not protected by barriers, its use is under the supervision and responsibility of the parents. • An EV charger is available on-site. Its use is subject to the agreement of the owners and a fee of €25 will be requested for each recharge session. Guest access Someone is present upon arrival to hand over the keys, the inventory and the signing of the conditions of use of the house and its facilities. Other things to note - The cottage is strictly limited to a maximum of 15 people, including children. - Any subletting or hosting of people not mentioned in the contract is prohibited. - Tenants undertake to respect the premises and return them in the condition in which they found them. - Parties or events with people outside the contract are prohibited without the consent of the owner. - It is forbidden to move furniture without permission. - The cottage is non-smoking inside. Outdoor smoking areas may be provided. - The end of stay cleaning is included, however the premises must be tidied and left in a proper state of cleanliness: --- Refrigerator emptied and cleaned --- Dishwasher emptied --- Household garbage in a closed bag in the red container --- Bulk recyclables in the yellow container --- The glass must be sorted separately and thrown by the tenant in the dumpster located on the right when leaving the house, towards La-Fosse-Simon. --- Barbecue cleaned by the tenant - No pets allowed, inside or outside the cottage, without exception. - The pool is opened and closed every day by the owner (from May to September and subject to favorable weather conditions). Maintenance is carried out exclusively by the owner. For hygiene and safety reasons: - No drinking, eating or smoking around the pool - No bathing with sunscreen - Shower required before swimming - Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The pool does not has no safety device when it is open. --- Failure to follow the rules may result in immediate closure of the equipment--- - The fireplaces present are decorative only. It is forbidden to light a fire there, even in case of cold. The wood stored on site is the private property of the cottage and must not be used under any circumstances. - The charging of an electric vehicle is subject to the agreement of the owners and is charged €25/loading session. - All electrical and electronic equipment must be used with care. - In the event of a breakdown or malfunction, tenants must immediately notify the owner. - The heating must not remain on in the absence of the tenant. - In case of abnormal consumption of water, electricity or gas, a supplement may be charged. - Strictly no flushing anything besides toilet paper. - Any damage to the equipment provided (furniture, dishes, appliances, bedding...) will be charged. - Two sets of keys are given when you arrive. In the event of loss of key, the replacement fee will be charged to the tenant. - An internet connection is available free of charge. The wifi password is: Bourgogne - Any browsing, consultation or downloading of content from prohibited, illegal or child pornographic sites is strictly prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution. - Audiovisual equipment must not be moved or reconfigured. - Rental includes bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, swimming pool, barbecue, parking, petanque. - Some services may be subject to a surcharge: electric bike rental, electric vehicle charging. - Regional products are at your disposal, their price is indicated in the boxes next to them. For alcohol, please contact the owners: the bottles displayed are fake and unfit for consumption. Payment for products consumed can be made at the end of the stay. - Leisure rooms (games room, movie room) must be used with care and according to safety rules. No drinking or eating is allowed in these areas. - The cottage is not equipped with specific safety devices for children. Parents are fully responsible for their supervision. - Leaving candles lit unattended is forbidden. - No flammable or hazardous objects are to be used in the premises (including fireworks, brazier, etc.) - Vehicles must be parked exclusively in the areas provided for this purpose. Parking on lawns or in front of entrances is prohibited.
