Charming house with fireplace, living room, kitchen, toilet and three bedrooms, one of which is in the loft. New bathroom in 2026. Rental of sheets & towels applies for a fee: SEK 200/person The space Bedroom 1: one double bed 180 cm wide from Carpe Diem Bedroom 2: one larger bed, 140 cm wide Bedroom 3 loft: one regular bed, 90 cm wide (There are also 2 extra mattresses in the house for sleeping on the floor.) Living room: TV, fireplace, sofa, armchair and piano Kitchen: dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, toaster, blender, etc. Fully equipped kitchen. Dining room: large dining table and chairs with space for 10 seated guests. Exit to the terrace. Hall & WC: closet, WC, shower, washing machine with built-in dryer, towel dryer, iron. Towels, sheets and beach towels are available to rent for SEK 150/person. Balcony with barbecue and plenty of outdoor furniture. Carport with electric car charger. Charging can be done by arrangement and for a fee. Guest access The entire house is available for guests. The large garden is also for the guests! There is also a carport and free parking on the property. Other things to note We have an outdoor cat that moves around the house.
