Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Quiet nights on five acres lead to days of desert exploration. Take your razor or Quad and 700 feet from the ranch is thousands of acres to go into the desert and desert mountain trails. If you love exploring the desert, this is a great place to take off from. OR you have a gas station/convenience store 1/4 mile away plus Fred's Arena Bar and Steakhouse 2 miles away. Twenty min to most shopping needs on Valencia Rd and 30 min from Tucson Airport. The space 360 Degree mountain views from our five acre property, 700 foot accessible dirt road with large roomy driveway. Light filled centrally heated and air conditioned airy home, Your choice of Two 10'x12' guest rooms - Room #1 has a queen bed, Room #2 has a Trundle day bed which can be used as two twin beds OR put together to make a King size bed. You choose which room will work for you OR you can take both Room #1 AND Room #2 by booking both rooms separately. Each room has a separate area on the K&L Ranch Airbnb page. The guest bath is shared only by Room #1 and Room #2. We do offer some vegetarian meals and guests are able to partake if you like the selection. Light breakfast is offered in the morning. No charge for those meals, but gratuities are welcomed! Guest access The house is designed with a split bedroom plan with our Rooms and bath at one end and Room 1 and Room 2, and the guest bath on the other end of the house. Although we will be in the house, your privacy will be respected. You will have shared access, along with us, to the Kitchen, Living room and outdoor sitting area with gas grill. Parking would be right in front of the walkway to the front door to the house. During your stay We will be available most times to help you during your stay and we are only a cell phone call away to get in touch with us. We are friendly people who love people. If you want minimal interaction, we will completely respect that. If you want conversation or information, we will enjoy that as well. Just let us know!
