The Pretty Country House

This comfortable and authentic cottage is one of the buildings of an old farm that we are renovating and in which we also live. The farmyard is common to several buildings, including our home, but you have a sunny and private terrace. Located in the heart of a completely preserved and typical Gâtinais hamlet, you are close to the best climbing sites in the Fontainebleau massif (Larchant, 3 Pignons) and many tourist sites. The space On the ground floor, a large sunny living room with open kitchen and living room, as well as a bathroom (shower and sink with toilet). Upstairs, a large landing opens onto 3 fairly small but nicely furnished and comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed (160, 140 and 140 cm), j. Bathroom with a separate toilet, and a small laundry room. Other things to note The back of the farm opens onto a large meadow of 3000 m2 with our animals (1 dog, 1 cat, 2 goats and a pony) and on the fields . Our property also has a swimming pool (14m x 3m lap pool) with a terrace, which is mainly for our personal use. We will be happy to share it with our visitors during time slots to be agreed. In general, there is no access between 12 pm and 4 pm. NB: We do not offer privatization of the swimming pool.
