Enjoy unforgettable days in our charming tiny house right on Lake Arendsee. Nestled in a quiet bungalow community, you are just a 5-minute walk from the water – perfect for relaxation, walks, and enjoying nature. This modern tiny house, measuring 44 m² (474 sq. ft.), offers everything you need for a comfortable stay: - 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed - Bathroom with shower - Open-plan living area with kitchenette, dishwasher, oven, and stove - Cozy living room corner with TV The space Free Wi-Fi is at your disposal, and for warm summer days, there is built-in air conditioning! Outside, you can expect: • Large wooden terrace with sitting area • Barbecue for balmy summer evenings • Optional: Sauna for a fee The house is bright, has an open design, and is heated by a modern underfloor heating system. Linens and towels are included. Guest access The property is fenced with an approximately 80 cm high fence. The car can be parked on the property. Check-in is done with a key box. Other things to note Dogs are allowed and welcome in the property, but not on the couch or in the beds. And the dog should not be left alone in the house. We also charge a cleaning fee of €20 per stay. The sauna costs €15 for each full day, including sauna scent, cleaning and sauna towels, for longer stays by arrangement.
