Tiny wooden house near the lake

The house is located 500 m from Lake Arendsee on the edge of the quiet bungalow estate. 5 min walk to Lake Arendsee, so absolutely close to the lake. The tiny house has a total of 44 sqm plus sauna (extra charge). It is fully equipped with a kitchenette, dishwasher, oven and stove, dining table and a cozy living room corner with smart TV. Wi-Fi is available free of charge throughout the house. The house is cozy and open with large windows. It is heated with modern underfloor heating. The space The house consists of two bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and an open living area with kitchenette. It also offers a large cozy wooden terrace with seating area and barbecue. Linens and towels are always included. Guest access The property is fenced with an approximately 80 cm high fence. The car can be parked on the property. Check-in is done with a key box. Other things to note Dogs are allowed and welcome in the property, but not on the couch or in the beds. And the dog should not be left alone in the house. We also charge a cleaning fee of €20 per stay. The sauna costs €15 for each full day, including sauna scent, cleaning and sauna towels, for longer stays by arrangement.
