The space: The house has five bedrooms - four queen and one full size. Each bedroom is decorated with period pieces of furniture and have newer plush mattresses. A full kitchen provides all amenities including Keurig . There are two bedrooms on the main floor with a recently renovated full bath with walk-in shower. The upper level has three bedrooms with a full bathroom, including a claw-foot tub. The upper level also offers a coffee bar, with another Keurig, along with a refrigerator for beverages. The spacious home easily can handle 10 guests. For larger families, there is the Pottery Barn couch in the piano room or an oversized couch in the living room for additional sleeping spaces. Guest access: Guests are renting the entire home, which includes a newer washer and dryer in the vast, bright basement. The home offers ample parking, including a two parking spots in driveway with additional parking on the street. Other things to note: Downtown Alpena shopping, dining, movie theatre and bars are just a short walk or bike ride. The Old Polish Corner is two blocks, JJ's Steakhouse is six blocks away. Bikes are available free for use (ranging from 16-inch to 26-inch). The home is pet friendly and includes a large built-in dog kennel in garage. Pets can roam freely in the private, fenced backyard.
