To ensure this, we kindly request your attention to our house rules. HOUSE RULES: Keys Guests will be given 1 set of keys, which includes an Access Card and Door Keys. Replacement charges are RM300 per set. Check-In / Check-Out Procedure Official check-in time: 3pm onwards Official check-out time: by 11am Early check-in/late check-out is subject to availability and requires advance notice. Confirmation will be provided within 24 hours before check-in. Late requests will not be entertained. Please ensure the keys are returned to the correct place upon check-out. Take a photo as proof. A service charge of RM50/hour will be imposed for late key returns. High penalties apply if the next guest cannot check in due to delayed returns. Smoking & Vaping Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the apartment. A penalty of RM800 will be charged for excessive cleaning if smoking or vaping odors are detected. Some guests are very sensitive to these smells, especially those with asthma, so your understanding is appreciated. Smoking Areas Guests are advised to smoke at designated smoking zones on the Facilities Floor or outside the building. CCTV is in place throughout common areas. Penalties apply for littering, especially cigarette butts. No Durian Durian, including frozen durian, is not allowed in the apartment. A cleaning fee of RM800 will be charged for durian odors. Shoes For hygiene purposes, please take off your shoes before entering the apartment. Alcohol Excessive alcohol consumption is not allowed. We may ask intoxicated guests to leave without a refund. Drugs Drugs are strictly prohibited and illegal in Malaysia, with severe penalties. Any drug-related activity will be reported to authorities without hesitation. Parties and Events Parties and events are not encouraged. Excessive cleaning charges will apply. Noise Please lower noise levels after 10pm. Kitchen Cleaning & Maintenance Maintain kitchen cleanliness by washing all dishes, cutlery, and cookware after use. An excessive cleaning fee of RM150 will be charged. Charges apply for damages to kitchen tops or tables. Wipe kitchen tops and tables to avoid stains. Toilet Cleaning Do not throw sanitary products, cigarette butts, or thick tissues into the toilet. A fee of RM500 will be charged for unclogging. Stubborn Stains / Cigarette Burns Charges apply for excessive cleaning of stubborn stains or burns on bedsheets, quilts, sofas, mattresses, carpets, etc. Damages or burn marks will incur replacement costs. Our standard cleaning fee covers: Professional cleaning for 2 hours Laundry for bed linens, quilts, pillowcases, towels, and mats Note that standard cleaning does not include dishes, cookware, or fridge cleaning, or unclogging toilets. Extra cleaning requires additional hours, impacting handover to the next guest.
