The Chirpy Chalet~ Peace & Quiet~No Cleaning Fees!

CHECK-IN TIME FOR SOME SUNDAY ARRIVALS IS 5PM FOR CLEANING. The Chalet has 2br/1ba on 3+ wooded acres. Whole-house generator, fully-stocked kitchen, propane stove, great Wi-Fi, fenced dog area, W/D onsite, firepit area with picnic table, cornhole, 2 smart TVs, office space & homemade treats. We are near Ashland University, great restaurants and shopping. We're an easy 1-hour drive to Columbus, Cleveland, and Cuyahoga Valley National Park. No cleaning fees, and no chores for you to do! The space First-floor bedroom and loft bedroom, one full bath, great room/dining room/kitchen combo with cozy Heatilator stove, plenty of storage, basement, garage parking available, whole house generator, three decks, washer/dryer in bathroom, workshop, on 3+ acres. We have a small fenced-in area adjacent to two doors of the house. There is also a great dog park only a quarter-mile away. Fully stocked kitchen with new refrigerator and induction stove, and new oven with built-in air fryer. Fire extinguisher in kitchen. Reverse osmosis drinking water, and lots of spices and other cooking necessities. First aid kit, smoke detectors, CO detector for your safety. Whole house generator keeps the power going during an outage. Outside grill on the deck, picnic table, view of ponds across the street, lots of privacy, and a big driveway with several parking spaces. We have a pack and play for your baby, and two baby gates. (Small children should be well-supervised by an adult when in the loft area!) There are several board games, and crayons and colored pencils to play with. The WiFi works great at the chalet, and if you need a desk to work on, there is one made by my dad for my mom several years ago. In fact, most of the wood furniture was made by my dad....his legacy. Guest access The whole house is available to guests, except our storage room in the basement. We use a smart lock and send the code before you arrive. Feel free to adjust the thermostat when you arrive! Other things to note SOME SUNDAY ARRIVALS MUST CHECK-IN AT 5PM, so we can clean the chalet properly for your stay! Ask us! One house-trained dog allowed with $100 per stay pet deposit. There is a secure fenced-in area to let your dog outside to go potty. PLEASE CRATE DOGS LEFT IN THE HOUSE UNATTENDED. Please pick up your dog's outdoor messes--Poop bags provided! Cats are okay if they don't claw furniture and use their litter box properly.
