70 m2 accommodation with 13 m2 terrace, at the end of a cul-de-sac. Quiet, while being central: 100 m walk from shops, restaurants and the sea. Completely renovated, air-conditioned, can accommodate up to 5 people (max 4 adults) Living room with sofa, equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer.) Two bedrooms (Bedroom 1: one 180 x 200 bed, Bedroom 2: two single beds, a bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet, laundry room (washing machine) Guest access The accommodation is completely independent and can be used in its entirety. Other things to note Duvets and pillows provided, as well as bathmats and two tea towels. Linens and towels (2 per person) for rent: 25 euros per person. Weekly package for 4 people: 80 euros. Package for couples using only one bedroom: 40 euros. We ask our tenants to return the accommodation in an acceptable state of cleanliness (trash cans emptied and disposed of, dishwasher emptied and dishes stored, bed linen removed).
