"ROOM 302" A SMALL ROOM IN OUR HOUSE, NOT A CONDO! A managed room space in our shared home located in Kamuning, Quezon City. Close and accessible to major locations in Quezon City. Get a feel for a residential house in this city, relax, and enjoy your stay. Free use of WIFI and with a constant supply of purified drinking water. Let your needs be assisted by our caretaker while relaxing in the quiet private room. The space This room is located on the 3rd floor of our shared home with a common/shared toilet and bathroom outside of the room (Shared by 2 small rooms). We also have a shared living room, dining room, and kitchen area on the 2nd floor, and a laundry area on the 4th floor. What is inside the room: A double-deck bed, with a study table and its own clothes cabinet. Air-conditioned. House Rules for Guests: Only 2 guests are allowed per room, unless you're bringing a toddler. No extra bed foam or pillows are provided. Requests for extra bedsheets, pillowcases, or bath towels may incur additional fees. Visitors are allowed. Overnight visitors may be subject to additional charges per person. Please keep noise to a minimum, as there are other guests in nearby rooms. Air Conditioning: Please turn off the air conditioning when you are not in the room. Toilet Usage: Do not throw tissue or any other products in the toilet bowl. Please use the separate trash bin provided. Water Conservation: Do not leave water running unattended. The shower and faucet must be turned off when not in use. Please conserve water; any leakage issues will be charged to the guest. Use of Amenities: The host is not liable for issues related to the use of amenities during your stay. Please handle electronics with care. Avoid damage or incorrect settings; if items are broken, a penalty charge may apply. Safety: Keep the room/unit and gate door locked at all times. Please unplug electronic devices when leaving the room. No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted on the property. Food Policy: Please do not touch food in the refrigerator that may belong to other guests. Only consume your own food. Kitchen Use: You are free to use utensils, pans, plates, spoons, forks, and cups when cooking or eating, but please make sure to wash them after use. Thank you for your cooperation! Guest access The living and dining room, kitchen, and laundry area are all accessible for guests to use free of charge. During your stay Our caretaker will be able to assist you from 8am to 10pm. Other things to note As this is a room inside our house, our caretaker also lives in it. Feel free to make yourselves just like at home, being an esteemed guest at our place. Note: This house is a bit old, so please manage your expectations. Requests for new bedsheets, pillows, or bath towels will incur a charge. There is no bidet in the bathroom.
