There is a 30 yard walk on a gravel path from parking to this cabin. No children as this is set up for couples The space This rental is adults only, maximum of two, no other guests allowed . No children or pets allowed. No smoking of any kind including vapes inside cabins zero tolerance policy. There will be a $100 chargeback through Airbnb if the presence of any type is smelled at cleaning. Parking is a 150-foot walk along a rustic path to each cabin. Please note that these cabins are new and updating to outdoor areas is always in progress. We live on this property also. The cabin is one of four at the back of our property. Guest access Each cabin has its own privacy, but there are shared spaces outside for your use. We have a fire pit with chairs and also a grill. If you are needing accessories in order to cook, please just message us and let us know. The property is about 5 acres, but where the cabins are is all in the back acre. The specific area is the best area to watch sunsets. And for this, we have chairs loungers and swings that are stored, if you would like them, just let us know. We have roasting sticks for hotdogs, a charcoal grill for using, utensils for the grill, and if you need more coffee, sugar, spoons anything like this please just let us know. Also, please do not take any of the indoor furnishings or bedding outside. Other things to note This property is a non smoking no exceptions property. If you smoke on premises there will be a $100 charge back through Airbnb. Our insurance requires this rule. Thank you for respecting this rule We allow one car per cabin.
