Inside, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need, including an air fryer, microwave, cookware, and utensils—ideal for family meals at home. The dining space is equally flexible, with a six-seater table and breakfast bar for both casual and more formal dining. The lounge is a cosy spot to relax, complete with two large sofas, a fireplace, television, and board games—perfect for quiet evenings after a day of exploring. Upstairs, both bedrooms are generously sized and thoughtfully furnished, each with a queen-size bed and plenty of storage, with space in the main bedroom for a travel cot if needed. A modern shower room with a three-piece suite sits conveniently on the first floor, serving both rooms. Guest access Access is via a secure key safe system, with the entry code provided 24 hours prior to your scheduled check-in, ensuring a smooth and stress-free arrival from the moment you arrive. Guests will also benefit from ample on-site parking for multiple vehicles, making it ideal for families or groups travelling by car. With plenty of space available, parking is both convenient and hassle-free throughout your stay, allowing you to come and go with ease as you explore the surrounding area. Other things to note For stays exceeding 14 consecutive nights, a mandatory mid-stay clean is required. This service ensures the property remains fresh, hygienic, and well-maintained throughout longer stays. An additional cleaning fee will apply of £70 for this service, which covers general cleaning, fresh linen, and towel replacement. Guests will be contacted in advance to arrange a suitable time for the mid-stay clean. Our standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and must be approved in advance. Any early arrival or delayed departure outside the standard times will incur an additional hourly rate, which will be invoiced accordingly. Please be quiet during 23:00 to 07:00 to respect the neighbours. Well-behaved dogs are welcome for an additional fee of £20 per dog per stay.
