Renovated in 2013, The Stables offers warm and comfortable, ground floor accommodation. Boasting underfloor heating and everything else you might need to make you feel right at home, The Stables is a joy to return to after daily adventures in the Yorkshire Dales or exploring the stunning scenery. The open-plan, well-appointed sitting and dining room area features a welcoming wood burning stove making it a great space to share time together with loved ones. The spacious kitchen provides everything you need to enjoy your holiday with the added benefit of an outside boot and utility room to the front of the cottage. The spacious master bedroom hosts a king-size bed and en-suite shower room, and enjoys rural views across the rear garden. The second bedroom offers twin single beds and en-suite bathroom with hand held shower overhead. Be sure to take in this amazing location from every window and look out for barn owls, buzzards and much more wildlife throughout the seasons. Outside, the very sheltered rear patio is a great place to enjoy a barbecue or simply relax soaking in the lovely views as the sun sets behind the hills. A single step leads up to the large, lawn area and wonderful spot to view the sky at night - star gazers will be delighted! The owners try to manage the land in an eco-friendly way and, as such, are rewarded with increasing populations of wildlife - hopefully guests will enjoy spotting new visitors to the garden during their stay at The Stables. Additional Information: One well-behaved dog welcome (small additional charge). A good initial supply of logs with be at the property to get you started. Children and infants welcome. High chair available on request, however please bring your own travel cot and bedding. There is an EV Charging point in Masham just 10 minutes drive away. Please bring your own coffee pods for the Nespresso Vertuo machine. An initial supply of charcoal is provided for the barbecue. Please leave the barbecue in the condition you should wish to find it. Further outside Paved seating area to the rear of the cottage with charcoal barbecue and table and chairs seating six guests with steps up to the enclosed garden laid to lawn perfect for your four-legged friend.
