We are a Guest House/Mother In Law Suite built in 2023. Situated in a quaint rural town, that is family friendly and situated across from the city park. Well known for fishing, whitetail deer and Turkey hunting, and located just a few miles from Atlanta Conservation Area, Hidden Hollow CA, Long Branch Lake, and many amazing outdoor destinations. We are located just a short drive from a variety of coffee shops, grocery stores and antique shops for your pleasure. The space The open floor plan of our property makes for a great space to spend time together, whether it's with family or friends. Our design includes warm wood tones and natural elements to bring in comfort and relaxation. The main level consists of the living room, kitchen, and dining room space. The bathroom offers a shower/tub combination which is also on the main level. The second floor consists of a cozy loft, two bedrooms, one with a queen-size bed and a full-size bed. Guest access Guests can use the entire space excluding the garage, which is located directly behind the main house on the property. Guests park on the concrete approach closest to entry door. Guests will receive an access code to a tethered key combination lock upon arrival. Other things to note Although located in a small, rural town, there are many places to visit and explore. We have a local Main Street Market with baked goods, hand-scooped ice cream (Rissa's favorite anniversary cake), pizza, daily lunch specials and more. There's a gas and diesel self-service station right next to the school. In this small town, everyone knows everyone, whether you're here for work, vacation, hunting or relaxation.
